After you inquire, Heartland Picnic Co. will send event details and pricing information via email to ensure your vision comes to life. This step in our collaboration process guarantees your design concept is thoughtfully executed on the day of your event.

Your time matters, so we will establish your event to make it as effortless as possible for you the day of. Heartland Picnic Co. also incorporates local businesses to enhance your event and help create unforgettable memories with those you love.

At this stage in our process, both you and your party will attend the ultimate picnic experience without feeling the stress of hosting. This gives you the opportunity to leave your celebration with a full heart, while we clean up the rest.

All parties are welcome to bring their own food and beverages on-site. **No alcohol unless permitted by location. Example: backyard/in-home events.

Winan's Chocolate Assortment Boxes designed with your choice of milk, dark, or variety chocolates:
- Half Pound Box | $19 (about 15 pieces)

Paint and canvas package for two includes a canvas board for each guest, brushes, acrylic paints, and aprons | $45 for two guests
Make-your-own bouquet bar filled with a wide selection of flower bundles and greenery from local floral shops for a unique hands-on experience that you can take home | $175 for 8 bouquets; any additional florals will be an extra charge. Price may vary based on style and quantity

All guests are to be advised of weather conditions the day of your event. Guests are asked to dress appropriately and wear sunscreen on hot and sunny days. If rain or snow prevents your event from taking place, bookings are transferred to a different day.

I'm Macy.
As the Owner & Designer at Heartland Picnic Co., my passion started for creating beautiful spaces while pursuing my Interior Design degree and quickly expanded into the desire to cultivate unique experiences highlighting our local Dayton, Ohio community. By creating small, intimate gatherings I am able to combine luxury and local features into my design. When I’m not picnic planning, you can find me roaming the aisles of Hobby Lobby, trying a new local restaurant with my husband, or at the park chasing around my two girls. Life is busy — but I believe there is always a space for connection around the {picnic} table.
